Calm your mind. Settle your body. Find a comfortable seat and connect with yourself. Start with breath work, then move through a guided meditation which may include affirmations, mantras, guided imagery and mindfulness.

CONDITIONING FLOW

This is a vinyasa style class which will focus on adding conditioning exercises to the flow - think extra chaturanagas and forearm planks! Using your body weight, you will build strength, connection to your breath and practice all in one class.
